At FM Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Every product is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website.

  1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it.

  • Standard orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, festive periods, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets FM Perfumes’ quality standards.

  1. Dispatch Timeline

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

In certain cases, dispatch may require an additional 1–2 business days, including but not limited to:

  • Fresh production of fragrances
  • Product quality checks
  • High order volumes
  • Stock replenishment
  • Customized packaging
  • Private Label or White Label orders

If dispatch is expected to be delayed beyond our normal processing time, our customer support team will notify you using the contact details provided with your order.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are generally:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Local delivery conditions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

FM Perfumes proudly delivers across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.

For international shipping or export enquiries, customers may contact our support team before placing an order.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, FM Perfumes may offer free shipping promotions, subject to minimum order value, location, or other promotional conditions.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with the tracking details via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Customers can track their shipment directly using the tracking information provided by our courier partner.

  1. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Complete Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • City
  • State
  • PIN Code

FM Perfumes shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

  1. Address Changes

If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The customer refuses delivery,
  • The address is incorrect,
  • The mobile number is unreachable,
  • The shipment remains unclaimed,

the order may be returned to FM Perfumes.

Any re-dispatch will require payment of applicable forward and return shipping charges, as outlined in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

  1. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Floods, earthquakes, or natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government regulations
  • Strikes
  • Technical issues
  • Courier network delays

FM Perfumes is not liable for delivery delays caused by such external events. However, we will make every reasonable effort to assist customers in tracking and resolving delayed shipments.

  1. Damaged Packages

If the outer courier package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Recording a complete unboxing video from the sealed package onwards.
  • Taking photographs of the damaged parcel before opening it.
  • Contacting FM Perfumes within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears lost during transit, FM Perfumes will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made only after the courier partner completes its investigation and confirms the shipment status.

  1. Multiple Shipments

For operational reasons, orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

Customers will be informed if an order is dispatched in multiple consignments.

  1. Bulk, Corporate & Private Label Orders

Delivery timelines for:

  • Private Label Manufacturing
  • White Label Manufacturing
  • Corporate Gifting
  • Bulk Orders
  • Customized Products

may differ from standard retail orders.

Estimated production and dispatch schedules will be communicated individually before order confirmation.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are requested to:

  • Provide accurate shipping information.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • Inspect the package upon delivery.
  • Report any damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products within 48 hours.
  • Retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
